The <strong>International Fair of Countries<\/strong> (the one we\u2019ve known for years, and which many still call the <strong>Fair of Nations<\/strong>) is one of the most special events of the year in Fuengirola. For several days, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/venafuengirola.com\/en\/leisure-in-fuengirola\/fairground-fuengirola\/\">Fairground<\/a><\/strong> is filled with booths representing countries from all over the world, offering their traditional food, dances, music, and culture.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s like traveling the world without leaving Fuengirola. As soon as the City Council makes an official announcement, we\u2019ll update this information with the exact days and times.<\/p>\n<p>What I can guarantee is that, whenever it takes place, you\u2019re going to have a fantastic time. This is one of those fairs that appeals to everyone\u2014adults, young people, children\u2026 and especially to first-time visitors.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fair_Booths_%E2%80%93_Fuengirola_2026\"><\/span>Fair Booths \u2013 Fuengirola 2026<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Each year, <strong>more than 30 countries<\/strong> take part, and it\u2019s truly impressive to see the effort they put into creating their booths in full detail\u2014from the decorations to the menus, including traditional costumes and performances.<\/p>\n<p>Countries that usually return every year include: Argentina, Mexico, Cuba, Brazil, Morocco, India, Japan, Greece, Germany, Italy, Venezuela, Colombia, Uruguay, Bolivia, the United States, Ireland, Thailand, Chile, and the Dominican Republic. There are usually shows happening all day, both at the booths and on the main stages.<\/p>\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <em>The 2026 activity program has not yet been published,<\/em> but once it&#8217;s available, you\u2019ll find it here with full details on dates, times, and events.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Get_to_the_Fair_of_Nations_Fuengirola\"><\/span>How to Get to the Fair of Nations Fuengirola<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Fair of Nations is held at the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/venafuengirola.com\/en\/leisure-in-fuengirola\/fairground-fuengirola\/\">Fuengirola fairground,<\/a><\/strong> located right in the city center. There are several options to get there:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By Car:<\/strong> It\u2019s easy to reach the Fuengirola fairground by car from anywhere. The downside is <strong>parking<\/strong>\u2014since the fair is downtown and draws large crowds, it\u2019s very difficult to find parking <strong>nearby<\/strong>. If you decide to drive, unless you&#8217;re lucky to find a free spot, you\u2019ll probably have to park <strong>quite far<\/strong> and walk. Another option is to use a <strong>paid underground parking lot<\/strong>, of which there are several in the city, though of course this is more expensive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By Taxi or Uber:<\/strong> Another option is to arrive by taxi or Uber, both of which can drop you off right at the main entrance of the fairground.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By Bus:<\/strong> Taking the bus to the <strong>Fair of Nations<\/strong> is a very good option. During this period, new lines are added, and the frequency of service increases. In fact, the <strong>City Council<\/strong> encourages everyone to use this mode of transport (the bus drops you off at the entrance to the fairground) to help <strong>reduce<\/strong> traffic in the city and lower car-related CO2 emissions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By Train:<\/strong> You can also take the <strong>RENFE Cercan\u00edas<\/strong> train from any municipality in the M\u00e1laga direction.
